Registration Form
The cost to play is $40. The cost for rental gear (if you need it) is $25. You will be notified by email when clinics will start. If you are renting gear, you will be sent a rental agreeement. You will need to bring that to first clinic to get gear. You will also be emailed a medical release form, please bring that to first clinic as well.
